Baggage Allowance

Depending on the type of baggage and the class of travel, Air Macau offers a variety of baggage allowances. Air Macau allows one piece of carry-on or cabin baggage per passenger with a maximum weight of 7 kg and a maximum size of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. One personal item, such as a handbag, briefcase, or backpack, is also permitted.

For checked or hold luggage, Air Macau permits one item per passenger in Economy Class with a weight not more than 23 kg and dimension no more than 158 cm, and two items per traveler in Business Class with a maximum weight no more than 32 kg each and a maximum dimension of 158 cm each. You can be charged more if your luggage is heavier or bigger than allowed.

Cancellation & Refund

Cabin Classes

Air Macau offers two cabin classes: Economy and Business.

Economy: The most affordable cabin class offered by Air Macau, Economy Class provides a sophisticated but comfortable ride. Economy Flights feature reclinable seats with the pitching range from 29 inches to 32 inches.

Seat Selection

Air Macau has included the seat selection service and allows the customers to choose their preferred seat in advance. Additionally, travelers can use their miles to purchase tickets or upgrades on any airline that is a member of the Star Alliance.

Airline Alliance/Codeshare Agreement

The following airlines have codeshare agreements with Air Macau: Shenzhen Airlines, Air China, Asiana Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Philippine Airlines, and Thai Airways International. Despite not being a part of any airline alliance, Air Macau works with these carriers. When two or more airlines share a flight under a codeshare agreement, they each use their respective flight numbers.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to travel with Air Macau on its flights. The lone exception is for service animals carried by disabled people, but for specific details about traveling with a service animal, one must speak with Air Macau directly.

Unaccompanied Minor

For kids who are flying alone or without a parent or other responsible adult, Air Macau has an unaccompanied minor service. Minors ages 5 to 11 must use the service; minors ages 12 to 17 may choose not to. Under-5-year-olds are not permitted to travel by themselves.

Lounge

At the Mezzanine Airside Terminal of the Macau International Airport, Air Macau has a lounge. The lounge has about 122 seats and provides Business Class passengers with a cozy setting and delectable meals. Also free WiFi is available throughout the lounge.
