Depending on the type of baggage and the class of travel, Air Macau offers a variety of baggage allowances. For kids who are flying alone or without a parent or other responsible adult, Air Macau has an unaccompanied minor service. Minors ages 5 to 11 must use the service; minors ages 12 to 17 may choose not to. Under-5-year-olds are not permitted to travel by themselves.

At the Mezzanine Airside Terminal of the Macau International Airport, Air Macau has a lounge. The lounge has about 122 seats and provides Business Class passengers with a cozy setting and delectable meals. Also free WiFi is available throughout the lounge.
