Cancellation and Refund Policy

Food & Drink
China Airlines offers complimentary inflight catering along with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to its economy-class passengers. Check-in

Pet Policy
China Airlines allows only the dogs on duty (military dogs) to travel in the cabin. Further dogs are directed to travel in baggage hold carriers. Prior to Travel with the dog, one must contact the booking department to confirm the transportation terms at least 12 hours before the departure time. Traveling pets as a checked baggage service is only for the household dogs, and cats. This kind of service is only possible on direct flights.
